Biography

Tina received her first guitar as a birthday present from her Grandfather and Grandmother on her 7th birthday. It was not much more than a toy, but it ignited in her a love for music. Three months later she had written her first song. She has continued to write ever since that day. Tina has been accepted to study voice and songwriting at Berklee School of Music. But first, she is off to England to work on her music and build a British fan base.

January 2011- Double Finalist! - Mike Pinder's Songwars Songwriting Competition 2010 - "Live Life Wide" and "Gotta Love Yourself"

December 2010, "You'll Get Through It" wins Honorable Mention in the Gospel/Inspirational category of the Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Competition

September 2010, "Live Life Wide" is featured in American Songwriter Magazine.

August 2010, Tina is recognized by Billboard Magazine for both "Oh, Darling" and "Heartattack".

June of 2010, Tina competed in the Oustage.com competition to open for Hanson in Raleigh, NC. She finished #18 overall and was as high as 4th during the competition.

May 2010 Tina wins the Rockin Roland Battle of the bands and the John Lennon Bus Tour Songwriting competition. Shortly after the Rockin Roland concert she won the opportunity to meet with BMI executive Ian Holden in New York.

In 2009 Oh Darling was a Finalist in the 2009 Mid-Atlantic Song Writing Competition and it received Honorable Mention in Mike Penders 2009 Songwars.

In 2007 Tina wrote Believe It or Not. In 2008 it was awarded Honorable Mention in the Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Competition.
